• Customer support: When a valid Crisp Website ID is configured, Crisp may use cookies or local storage to keep a human support conversation available across pages and visits.

The Crisp widget and its storage are not loaded when the Website ID is missing or invalid.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage can sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent anonymous credits and results from being recovered in that browser. You can contact us without the chat widget by emailing support@voiceshard.com.
